TOTS ‘N TRUCKS EVENT CANCELLED DUE TO COVID

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic the 10th Annual Tots ‘N Trucks event has been cancelled.  The event, scheduled for October 10th,  is a very hands on experience for families and due to current COVID conditions it is necessary to cancel the event.  Tots ‘N Trucks  will return in October 2021.

ECCDC SCHOOLS HAVE REOPENED

ECCDC reopened for a limited capacity of children and staff on September 1. The Lorraine Boyce Child Development Center and the Ruth Clothier Child Development Center will open for children from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday thru Friday (except for holidays).  For those students not able to return, distance learning will continue so all […]

FAMILIES HAVE FUN AT CRAFT NIGHT

One of the most special nights of the year at ECCDC is our Holiday Craft Night.  The entire family enjoyed a delicious spaghetti dinner, desserts and then off to the classrooms to make a variety of Holiday ornaments and crafts.      

ESCONDIDO EAST ROTARY HELPS SANTA

Members of the Escondido East Rotary Club lent a helping hand to Santa by packing over 200 holiday stockings for the children at ECCDC.  For over 40 years the East Rotarian’s have provided stockings filled with goodies.  Santa and the Rotarian’s will deliver the stockings on Dec. 7.  Thank you Escondido East for your generosity.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

ECCDC SITES HOLD ANNUAL ASQ NIGHTS

Children and Parents attended the Annual Ages and States Questionnaire (ASQ) night on our ECCDC campuses.  Parents engaged with their children and teachers to complete the questionnaires.  The data will help our teachers develop lessons plans which meet the needs of the children they work with.
