ECCDC reopened for a limited capacity of children and staff on September 1. The Lorraine Boyce Child Development Center and the Ruth Clothier Child Development Center will open for children from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday thru Friday (except for holidays).  For those students not able to return, distance learning will continue so all children have an opportunity to learn.  If you would like to enroll in in person or distance learning programs please contacd ECCDC at 760-839-9361 or email at

Families invited to in person learning will be contacted by ECCDC. All in-person learning families must agree to follow the COVID policy and procedures as outlined in the “ECCDC COVID Parent Agreement” letter. Please click on the link below for a copy. Should you have any questions please contact your Site Supervisor. ECCDC will continue to follow the State and County regulations on the number of student who can be on campus at any one time.
