Our Boyce location likes to celebrate Read Across America every year to celebrate reading and literacy. This year they decided to use costumes and props to bring stories to life. The children and staff helped make their favorite classroom books into their own little plays for friends, families, and fellow classrooms to enjoy
The Escondido Community Child Development Center, Inc. is committed to providing our children with different hands-on experiences. One of our commitments is to hose a Snow Day annually at our school locations for the children to experience what snow is like and to have a fun-filled winter day in a typically sunny California.
Every winter, the children can connect with local community members, including schools. The community members will have one brave person dress up at Santa Claus and help present gifts to our children as well as enjoy the moment of them opening the gift and using what they were given. The experience is so valuable for our schools, children, and community.
